After receiving your order, we need 1–3 business days to process it. During weekdays, this usually takes only one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days on average.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Oakern is simple:

  1. Go to the product page and add the desired item to your cart by clicking the black “Add to Cart” button.

  2. Make sure you have selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click “Checkout.”

  3. On the information page, enter your complete shipping address. Please double-check that all details are accurate. Then click “Continue to Shipping.”

  4. On the Shipping page, you can review your address again. Please note that all shipments are completely free of charge. As a thank you, we always cover the shipping costs. Then click “Continue to Payment.”

  5. Select a payment method. At Oakern, all payment options are SSL encrypted, ensuring a secure checkout experience.

Payment options include:

  • Credit Card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

  • ShopPay

Once you have selected your preferred payment method, click “Complete Order.” You will then be redirected to the respective payment page. Follow the instructions to finalize your purchase. If you encounter any issues, you can always contact us.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries. However, there are certain regions we are unable to deliver to. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly.


Do You Offer Tracking?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

My tracking says “No information available.”
For some carriers, it may take 2–12 business days for tracking information to update in the system.


Will My Items Be Shipped in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
