Returns – 30 Days
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return – only in the case of manufacturing defects.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions via email on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
⚠️ Important Note on Sizing
All our products are made to order, and we provide precise and detailed size charts to help you choose the correct size.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to selecting the wrong size.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
